Our exclusive Apartment Sylvie is very near to the village center of Kaprun, a 5 minute walk away. Our Parking spaces right outside the Apartment are free of charge. Wireless Internet and Sat. TV are also included in the price.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms ensuite with shower and WC, 1 large bathroom with bath tab and shower, Finish Sauna, Skiroom, an open fire place with glass panel, and a large terrace with a BBQ. As well as a garden 400qm with a table tennis table and equipment. Our Apartment is none smoking. Pets may be allowed on request.

The fully equipped kitchen has got a large work top and is situated right next to the dining table, 2 large fridges, baking oven, Microwave, Coffee machine, kettle and including a Mixer, there s everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal.
The living room area is open planned next to the kitchen and dining area, with a large comfortable Sofa and side tables to relax. With the open fire adding to the atmosphere and a large Flat screen SAT-TV and Internet connection ( TV is compatible with Netflix, Amazon Video and you can enter your sky card ).
From most bedrooms and the living room you can go out to the terrace and the 400 m2 garden. Sun loungers and table tennis table are provided, so you can enjoy and relax in the garden.
3 out of 4 bedrooms have got large King size Austrian Twin beds and Flat Screen TV. They have also got ensuite bathrooms with Shower / WC and double doors to the garden.
The fourth bedroom has got 2 bunk beds – there is a large extra bathroom with bath tab next door. There is no TV in this bedroom.
The 3 ensuite Bathrooms have got a shower and WC and hair dryers. The 4th extra bathroom has got a bath tab and a large walk in Shower, a large Finish Sauna and an extra toilet.
To make your holiday as special and enjoyable as possible, we have added the extra bath tab, Finish Sauna, the Chimney fire place and the BBQ outside.
The Skiroom has got ski boot heating and is accessable from the outside as well as from the Apartment inside. This means you don’t have to walk into the hallway with your wet boots. There is also a Utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and a clothes drying rack.
An external Sun Studio and Massage option is situated right next door, as well as a skihire and skischool.
3 parking spaces are right outside the Apartment, free of charge. The Ski bus in Winter stops right outside the Apartment.
In due course we renovate the Apartment, so you will always have luxurious surroundings with high level furnishing, We just completely renovated the living room, kitchen and facilities and the hall way in 2018.
I work at the local Raiffeisenbank and together with my wife, we have rebuilt a drug store into this luxurious Apartment.
